Sounds like you are describing a bad bearing in the rear or u joint. Have somebody get under the truck and look at the u joints when you put it in drive/reverse. See If there is movement in the u joints. Have you checked the fluid in the diff?

I called a driveline shop and they are saying what I’m describing is a gear noise not bearing

Pinion bearing. You accelerate and the noise is there, mostly gone cruising, on deceleration noise comes back?

somewhat yes that’s correct . I never really listened for decerlertion sound . Kinda sounds like the front wheel bearing are humming a bit as well so it’s bit distracting
