2000 dodge ram no start

Default 2000 dodge ram no start

i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500, went from a 318 to a 360 magnum.. got everything hooked up and she will turn over strong, great oil pressure, fuel pressure, spark and the headers are getting hot when trying to start but will not start.. only code that im getting is the PO118 ect high voltage code.. and it sounds like itklinda bellows from the exhaust when i try to start it.Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gotta fix the ECT code. If your scanner will read live data, see what temp the PCM thinks the engine is. If it's too warm, the PCM will pull fuel... to the point that the engine likely won't start when cold.

i got the code to go off.. changed the sensor.. but when i try to start it, i hear hollow bellowing comeing from the exhaust, with no smoke... but i can smell the exhaust but still no start

Reset the PCM and try again. (just leave the battery disconnected for 20 minutes or so.)

You're positive the 360 ran fine before?

Almost sounds like a timing/valve issue.

I would agree with a timing issue, or did the fuel injectors get hooked up in the correct order?
