Default Nitrous on 360

I have previously made this post but didn't include as many details as I should. The truck is almost done but I am considering nitrous. Its a 360 Mopar, It has Elderbrock High RPM ported Intake, Holley 750 Carb, Big Cam, Elderbrock ported aluminum heads (head is built not stock), 0.60 over hypertonic pistons, Aftermarket rods(Cant remember exactly what brand at this moment) and a slightly upgraded crank. Has MSI box, 2 step, 4 core aluminum radiator. Now with that out of the way, the motor wasn't built specifically to be put on nitrous, but now that the truck is almost done I am really considering it. So how big of a shot would you recommend for this setup. I do not know much about nitrous. I have a 150 shot on my mostly stock 95 5.0 mustang but still don't know much about it.

I would like to go with a 100-150 shot. But also want the motor to last

You should be fine as long as your ring gaps weren't setup on the tight side. As with anything regarding modifications, there is no guarantee on anything, however, a 100-150 spray of nitrous is pretty minimal. As long as you're using a nitrous system that adds the appropriate amount of fuel and nitrous, you should be fine. Chrysler 360 motors are pretty tough.

I'd suggest seeing how well it does with the 100-150 shot. I wouldn't recommend a regular shot of 250 on a stock style motor without forged pistons and other modifications.

Slightly upgraded crank. What does that mean?
What head gaskets?
Ported intake? What intake.
What is your compression?
Is this an LA or Magnum block, 60 over is a LOT for a Magnum block, hopefully it was sonic checked.
And...Time to read up on Nitrous.
