Default I now have a 2500

I got rid of my 93 dakota, it was unsafe, niw I have a stock height dodge ram 2500 4x4 with a 8l V10, it's supposed to be burgendy but most of the rear coat is gone and there's a rust hole in the bed, it desperately needs a belt tensioner and 2 rear view mirrors,, the bumper is pushed in and up so the headlight bracket is broke,
All the main repairs I can do easy enough I'm a mechanic BUT this monster is a beast live in a small tow in NC, our toemens dump truck was stuck in a person's yard, I pulled it out in 2 high idling, after 1 week I kinda an falling in love with this thing

This is it

Yeah, the 8.0 is a torque monster. Back in the day, it put down numbers you usually only see from a diesel. My only complaint is... that is one THIRSTY engine. If I break into double digit gas mileage, I feel I am doing really well. Don't think I have ever driven a smoother running engine though.

Except their exhaust note sounds like a kid blowing into a Coke bottle

When my exhaust fell apart, I had the shop install a 'rather quiet' muffler. I can't even hear it running.
