Bad Clockspring?
I have a 98 1500, 4x4, 5.9 gas. I recently completed the 4th Gen dash swap and had my steering column out of the truck several times. When I got it all back together the final time my horn was not working, then about a month later my Airbag light came on and started "chiming" a warning randomly when driving. Light is on constant, horn still does not work, but my cruise control works fine. I removed the column cover and inspected the wiring and reseated all connectors. Not sure if these are the symptoms of a bad clock spring as I thought that the cruise would not work as well, also the fact that the horn quit working well before the airbag light started.
Any suggestions/ideas?

I will give that a shot, just found a video on You Tube on how to test the clock spring. Thanks
