Engine revs with little movement after starting in drive

Mine does it also but only overnight. You can get the sure cure kit from sonnax but you need to pull out the valve body to install it.
The Sure Cure Kit isn't available, you would need the Sonnax Zip Kit for the RE46/47. I have done extensive research and talked with the guys over at Sonnax. If you look on their website it says the Sure Cure Kit has been replaced by Zip Kit. You won't find a Sure Cure Kit unless it's in someone's garage and they have no need for it. I ordered many (10+) Sure Cure Kits' from Amazon/EBay/Establishments only to get Zip Kits. The picture showed the SCK but was the Zip Kit. I also have to wait a few seconds before I shift into drive for it to move. I used the Zip Kit when I rebuilt the transmission 5+ years ago.

Have both worked well for you? So ironic that the link and kit mention many of the problems listed here, and the 2-3 shift is one of them that always confused me.
