Granted I don't drive the truck very much, 5K since 2018 when I installed these, still going strong. Get a stock intake, don't worry about the flow, the intake manifold is going to stir up the air anyway because of it's open design to the runners. Use a stock air filter, they provide the best filterization. You don't want the oil from a K&N getting into the throttle body's sensors.
