Default Stolen truck missing parts. Need help identifying

96 dodge Ram 2500 V10 4X4
Hey dodge family, I just got my truck back after it was stolen and I’ve dealt with load of issues already. I got it to start but not without it spraying a big flow of gas out of this uncapped spot on the injector line, every time it starts. My question is what do y’all’s look like on your trucks is there a cap on this or is it supposed to have a fitting inside it to keep the gas pressure there? If anything could a guy just grab a brass threaded cap and put that on there? If so does anybody know what size?

That's likely the test port for the fuel injection to determine if the appropriate amount of fuel pressure is on the rail. I suspect someone removed the valve that should thread into the center of that port in addition to the threaded cap. The valve should thread into the port the same way a schrader valve threads into a tire stem.
