I pull the number 3 fuse out with the pcm plugged in and that draw goes away but as soon as I plug in the central timing module or the flasher in I have a draw

Now that I figured out the first draw when I plug the central timing module or the flasher relay in it has a draw

#3 is Controller Antilock Brake (ABS) Have you tried a new flasher? May have an issue with both flasher and ctm.
