Default 46rh transmission lines?

Im looking for the dorman series part numbers for a 1994 5.9 v8 magnum single cab 46rh tranny lines.

Transmission to rad.
Rad to cooler.
Cool to transmission.

I supposedly got the pressure line (dorman 624-305) but i don't see a check valve in it.

I also got rad to cooler (dorman 624-335) but im not sure that is correct either.

My truck had the rad bypassed to cooler so i cant compare things exactly.

The parts store came up with dorman part # 624-802 as the missing line but that one has a sensor port and mine doesnt (i think) but also doesnt seem to be the right shapes.

Tyia!

Temp sensor was optional. From the factory, the fitting may or may not be there, on the aftermarket fellers, they likely just included it on all of them, for simplicity in manufacturing.... don't need two separate part numbers that way.

The line should run from the front port on the trans, along the drivers side of the motor, cross over in front of the motor, where it means the soft line to the radiator. Soft line has the check valve.

In the dealer diagram it looks like the front port goes to the cooler bottom (12) then rad top (1) then out the rad bottom to the rear transmission port.

Q-2: Are you saying one of the hosed in the diagram is actually 2 hoses with valve inside 1?

This is my parts list:

Q-3: This is the long 'pressure hose' (diagram #4) i got (dor624-305). The end looks to be a barb quick connect (front port to cooler). Is that correct? I dont see a valve in there.

The check valve is just a brass fitting with a check ball in it. Should be right on the end of one of the soft lines, is just screws onto one of the hard lines from the trans. Most folks like to eliminate it, as they tend to clog over time, and burn up your transmission....

The line with the check valve is #7 and goes to the lower radiator (internal) cooler, The check valve is at the back of the rubber line(#7) that hooks to #3. #15 goes from the external cooler to the upper rad cooler. #4 is trans line to the external cooler(one complete line).

Just FYI, here's the thread on how to remove the check valve from the transmission cooler line - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...46rh-46re.html
