Default Vvs sensor 46re

Code read reveals 720 code.....trans flairs 2-3 shift and 3-4 shift.....replaced cleared codes etc....still does it when transmission warms up......any schematics and procedures.for testing for sensor back
Forgot ....2001 2WD

That's for the output speed sensor. It's on the trans, drivers side. Is that what you replaced?

Yes the one and only on the drives side... In the tail shaft........I'm looking for a trouble shooting guide.....I don't believe in throw parts at something ...so I need to find out how properly if it's getting signal or if I have internal trans mission failure

That one is the vehicle speed sensor, the output speed sensor is further forward. Screws into the drivers side of the trans.
