What was the plenum problem? It doesn’t have a vacuum leak as I tested it. And yes I am using a timing light to watch the timing

Here's documentation on the plenum problem - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...um-thread.html

Get up under the hood, open the throttle body blades fully and look down into the plenum with a flashlight. If you see oil in the floor of the plenum, the plenum gasket is blown and needs to be replaced. This is a common issue on all 5.9 engines with a stock intake.

OK. Did you recently change it and verify that no oil is in the plenum?

Yes it was changed when I rebuilt the motor and I completely cleaned it out. And after opening the throttle body I don’t see oil
