Did you fix the plenum issue? If it leaks it will affect timing. How are you seeing the timing? You can use a timing light and check the balancer. You can set the distributor like this on #1 CYLINDER TDC COMPRESSION STROKE to get the fuel sync. With worn parts use a scanner.
What was the plenum problem? It doesn’t have a vacuum leak as I tested it. And yes I am using a timing light to watch the timing
Get up under the hood, open the throttle body blades fully and look down into the plenum with a flashlight. If you see oil in the floor of the plenum, the plenum gasket is blown and needs to be replaced. This is a common issue on all 5.9 engines with a stock intake.

Oh no that seal has been replaced along with the throttle body gasket
