Default 99 Ram Electrical

I own a 99 Ram 5.2L V8, 4wd. I bought this truck with a blown motor, I have since replaced the motor and have came acrossed a new problem. It is a crank no start, no bus in the cluster guage, and won't turn over until you plug something into the OBD2 port under the dash, it also has a problem with flooding in cylinder 1. I haven't been able to pull any kind of codes off this truck until recently, those codes were implying that the circuits to the sensors on the throttle body were too high. I have replaced the pcm which is going to be everyone's suggestion. Any help is appreciated, anything to get this thing going.

You have a short somewhere. Probably a couple. Check the ground for the number one injector, make sure it isn't a constant ground.... (unplug the PCM to verify) Also, have a look at the crank position sensor. Did it get destroyed with the engine swap?

I did replace the crank position sensor after the first one broke after installing the motor. My only question is where should I begin to start when it comes to looking for grounds, I have a distribution diagram to help for under the hood, unless it sounds like there's one or more between being inside the cab and under the hood.

PCM controls the ground side of the injector circuit. The injector is constantly powered. (engine running, or cranking) if that wire is pinched somewhere, or shorted to ground, then the injector will constantly be spraying fuel. ignition off, the control side should NOT go to ground. If it does, need to find out where.
