Here's an ebay auction for what AtomicDog mentioned, but $36:

The Dorman 13996 was too small The ridge around the OD was almost big enough to make it fit the hole. I'll keep posting as I try parts and let everyone know if i find something that works.

Don't forget to check out the pick and pay salvage yards. That will likely be the easiest place to find the dust cap.

Alright, just to close this issue off and maybe help someone in the future looking for these damned things.

I ended up getting them from a salvage yard. You're going to have to go look for them personally. No one seems to inventory them so if you check the inventory on a website or call and ask if they have any, the answer is going to be no. Just go there, look for the dodge pile, and start hunting. You'll find them. I paid $5 for the pair. They didn't know what to charge me because they have no listing for it in their system.

I checked all the major parts retailers (advanced, autozone, o'reilly, Napa) and no one had a part number for them or carried generic caps in the right size. Dorman 13996 and Mr. Gasket 2485 were both too small. Save yourself some time and money and just cruise the nearest junkyard.

And if at all possible, go to a pick and pay style salvage yard where the proprietor will allow you go into the yard and pull your own part(s). Best deals ever!
