Default 2001 ram 1500 won't run

truck is a 2001 ram 1500 5.2l nv3500 4wd

it was running fine 2 days ago and then yesterday on the way to work randomly dropped rpms and sounded like it was running on 4 cylinders. it showed no previous signs of an issue, it was instant.

i checked fuel pressure and it was 48 psi.

the truck will crank and sound like it wants to fire, but will not fire. It will start for a quick second on ether.

the truck was taken off road the other day and i looked underneath it to see if any wires may have come undone.

anyone have any suggestions before i start throwing money at it?

Any codes? Since you have fuel pressure did you check for spark?

Just O2 Sensor codes which have been there for years. I didn't check spark as I had to get to work, but will look at it in the morning.

It does fire briefly on ether but you can't keep it running ? Both the coil and the injectors get power via the ASD relay, try swapping it with some other relay or jump the load terminals and see if the problems persist.

I tried swapping the ASD relay with the horn relay and the horn still worked, had someone turn the truck on and the ASD relay clicked. I tested spark and had spark too. Crawled around under the truck looking for possible sensors that were unplugged and saw nothing.
