'98 & up is all that they've made currently. I checked with DRT Parts already and they stated that they are about done drawing up plans for the '94 - '97 units. No ETA as to when they will be available. 
If anyone else knows of a reliable source for the new lower dash units for the '94 - '97 Rams, I'm all ears...

I'm trying to wait for a company to remake them, like DRT or someone else. When I pull that dash out, I hope to fully rebuild it once, along with the blend doors, heater core. evaporator and top dash.
