Default Po753 & p1765

Hi,
I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 4X4 5.9 V8 155,000 miles. This past saturday my wife was driving the truck. She called me saying the check engine light was on the truck was "struggling." She made it home. The struggling turned out to be no 1st,2nd,overdrive. I hooked up a code scanner and got the following codes:
P1765
PO753
I've done some online research and the PO753 seems to be straight forward. But P1765 seems a bit more confusing.
I have worked on transmissions before. Convertors, valve bodies, shift kits. Mostly 86-93 fox body Mustangs. So I'm not totally in the dark.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P0753 Trans 3-4 Shift Solenoid/Trans Relay Circuits
P1765 Trans 12 Volt Supply Relay Control Circuit (42RE, 46RE, 47RE)
Check the trans relay and see if it's working/ getting power to the trans.
