I agree, looks like a remote start. Red is the battery power up to the key, blue is most likely accessory/run power back out, good chance red/black is start signal. I don't see the 4th connection but most likely a ground. As far as what wires on the twisted set of 4 go to which ones I couldn't guess.

All stock. I bought it in 97 as a 98. Dealer had an alarm installed but the wires are coming from the fuse block i’m thinking since they are in the wire bundle coming from that area.

Default Those pesky guages and now the horn

Well, I got my cluster to work. Turns out the wires on C1 would push out the back when I install the cluster. Couldn’t get the connector to work so I made a patch cable and hardwired everything on this connector. Guages now work but the horn doesn’t. Checked continuity from the horn switch in the steering wheel to the relay in the power control module and it looks good. Can’t seem to find that pesky wire or connector from the switch to the horns.
