Question p013p0132 issue and now relay

Hey all

I had a ram 2500 2000 with the 5,9 Gas gifted to me and I am running into issues with the O2s. I getting codes po138 and 132. I checked the fuse box first and noticed that both my O2 relays are gone and there is no terminal cunnectors, just the empty holes. Does anyone know if this year truck was supposed to have a heater relay for o2? both O2s are Walker OEM.

02 relays? The ASD relay supply's power to the 02's. From what i could find looks like they added a rear 02 relay.

P0138 O2 Sensor 1/2 Circuit Voltage High
P0132 O2 Sensor 1/1 Circuit Voltage High

Only trucks with California Emissions have the heater relay for the additional O2 sensors. "Circuit high" codes mean the voltage reading is higher than the typical O2 range. Somewhat difficult to track down, could be defective/wrong O2 sensors where the heater voltage gets onto the signal wire, or the wiring from the sensor to the PCM is shorting to 5V or 12V.
