Need to see what the O2 sensors are reporting..... They have the ultimate say on fuel mixture, so if they are wrong, odd things tend to happen. (like misfires...)

Last time the truck had a tune up?

Lambda sensor? Well it seems 02's have another name that i have never heard before. The misfire codes are most likely from the plenum gasket leaking. Get Fel Pro gaskets for the plenum, Don't use the ones that Hughes gives you. You didn't say how many miles on it, Assuming it's over 100K and no issues with the 02 wiring it's probably in need of new sensors. Use NTK's!
