Default Acceleration sluggish

So I’m trying to figure something out yesterday while driving I noticed I had a lot more sluggish on acceleration with a little bit of vibration at the steering wheel and gas pedal while accelerating but while coasting it appears to be not existence or at least very light, it kind of feels like it’s chugging and trying harder to get up at more of an acceleration In regards to it, movement not the engine noise I also did notice that if I only give a light amount of acceleration it appears to be less sluggish and react better . I do believe that I have to change my rear pinion bearings because I do have a whine in the back but I wasn’t sure if That would’ve been the cause of this I was also debating on whether my fuel pump because I have noticed that sometimes it takes longer cranking for my truck to start in the morning. My problem is I I have to drive out for work which is at least 80 miles each way so I’m trying to be smart about it. I hate for something to fail. Any input thanks

Clogging cat? Could try removing the front O2 sensor, and see if the truck drives any different.

So I’m gonna do the oxygen sensor , but in the meantime, I went to AutoZone and borrowed a fuel pressure tester but other than it filling with fuel, it gave me a zero rating so I’m a little confused this is the connection at the at the fuel rail Yes my truck does run so clearly it’s getting fuel

Bad gauge. See if they have another, and let 'em know that one is toast.

Unfortunately, I already left the AutoZone It was actually a brand new out of the box OEM gauge. It wasn’t even used once.

I guess I’ll go by HR and pick up a gauge

also, today I noticed almost like a chattering squeak, kind of like a squirrel or squealing tire noise from my rear, but it’s only under initial acceleration. I don’t hear it at coasting or brake. I took a video to record the sound. But unfortunately, it won’t let me upload it. Basically it sounds like a squeaky tire that gets softer and more high-pitched with more acceleration,

Upload it elsewhere, youtube, dropbox, whatever, then link to it here.

there should be the link for the noise
(just keep in mind that this sound was taken while my phone waslaying on a piece of cloth in my bed while I was stopping and accelerating multiple times to record noise

Also, I did a fuel pressure check and it was remaining about 50 while running and during acceleration

And was about 46-ish after dropping from 50 not running

Curious - have you checked the rear axle to ensure that it's full of gear lube? You can also do a basic check on the play of your rear axle pinion bearings by getting up under the truck and tugging back and forth on the rear axle yoke. If it moves at all, the pinion bearings are likely in need of attention.
