Default Jerking at highway speeds

I'll try not to be too long winded with this post. I have posted a few times on this forum about my 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2l 4x4 and have had great success with the responses/suggestions from other users. I'm back with another inquiry. Over the last several weeks I have noticed that my truck jerks/buck/surges at high way speeds (55+). I don't noticed any changes in rpm's when it does it and the rpms don't change when I hit a bump in the road. I have been on a crusade trying to locate the source on the problem and I am wondering if you all have any thoughts or solutions. I pumped smoke through the intake manifold and didn't notice any vacuum leaks. Below is a extensive list of things I have replaced. Thanks again!!

-Hughes FI Airgap Intake
-Standard ignition distributor cap & rotor
-New distributor pickup coil
-Ignition coil
-OEM MAP sensor
-OEM crank position sensor
-Standard ignition TPS & IAC
-New fuel pump
-New copper spark plugs
-New evap canister
-New high flow catalytic converter
-PATC Viper series 2 46re Transmission
-New O2 sensors
-Standard Ignition brake light switch
-Standard motors fuel injectors
-K&N Air filter
-PCV valve
-Crankcase breather
-New air temp sensor

I may be missing some things but these are the things I could think of.

I pulled all the spark plugs out just to take a look and I noticed the cylinder 8 spark plug had a tiny amount of oil on it. What's this prognosis???
