Default Emmissions

I need to register my truck, so I need to get it through emissions, but when we put the obd ll code reader in it won't read it , it won't work. There is no power going to the Port. We checked the fuses and they are good The pins look fine . It worked last year, that's the last time I used the port
Can anyone help me?

Try another scanner or try your scanner on another vehicle to make sure it works. What year is your truck?

FYI, you might find some of the information in this video helpful to get power back to the OBD2 port...
