Default Switch problem 2 Gear to 3 gear

good morning everyone, I live in Italy and I have been passionate about Ram since 2012. This is my fourth Ram that I have purchased and I wanted to write on this forum to get some help. sometimes it happens to me that when the truck shift from second gear to third gear, it gives a jerk during the gear change. it only happens between the second and third. It always happens when I release the trottle. you hear a "bonk" coming from the trasmission when this happens. it doesn't always happen. to avoid this I noticed that if I start braking when I still have my foot lightly on the accelerator this doesn't happen. it happens especially when the engine is hot. Thank for all' end i ll wait for your answer. Sorry for my english It s not the best

Stepping on the brake disengages torque converter clutch, so, whatever is going on, likely is STILL going on, you just don't feel it, as there isn't a direct mechanical connection thru the driveline.....
