Default Driver side Blinker problem

Hi y’all I’ve got a 2000 1500 Laramie 2wd. The driver side blinkers are flashing fast as if a bulb is out but they are all lit up. While troubleshooting here are a couple of the symptoms I’ve noticed:

1.) if the hood is popped and the driver side blinker is engaged you can hear a loud click in intervals of 3 under the battery in what I’m assuming has something to do with the cruise control.

2.) if I turn on the parking lights only the front driver side lights up on the dash but if I get out and look it’s not lit up at all.

3.) when testing the front driver side bulb contacts 2 of the contacts on the same side are hot. When testing the (properly working) passenger side opposite sides are hot.

how do I go about fixing this? Do I have to change out the bulb socket maybe or the multi function switch? I’m stuck, may also be worth noting my window fluid motor will not kick on when I push in the multi function switch. Any help is appreciated!
