Default Lift Kits???

Anyone know where I can get a good lift kit for a 1999 Ram 1500 Sport 4x2? I'm looking for anything between 2 - 6 inches, preferrably 4in. I can only find kits for the 4x4's. Any links or info would be great, thanks.

its up to you, and not everyone might not agree with me but i dont think its such a good idea to put a lift on a 2wd truck....specially if you wanna do any ofroading but its up to you..

i think the best place for any offroad anything, tires, wheels lifts stuff like that is www.4wheelparts.com just look there and some other places and if you find one cheaper, they will beat it. also they have free shippin goin on now. Good luck on findin what you want.

check skyjackers web site. i know they make lifts for them. as far a having a lifted 2 wheel drive, who cares. if he wants it jacked up then let him. and i for my self i would take a locked 2 wheel drive over an open 4x4. I have a skyjacker 5in lift on my truck and i love it.

well if you saw what my truck looked like right now youd probably understand. ive pretty much totally f'ed up the front suspension; it needs to be fixed. i figure while im at it, ill lift it. its just hard to find kits for the 4x2's. ill make use of it and do some Baja or somethin.. lol. dont worry. so far all ive found is a 3in. by Explorer Pro Comp. still searchin...

I would agree with you. 2wd makes a better street truck, and isn't of much use off-road...which is where a lift is useful. My dream truck (other than a 1-ton CTD Dually) would be a 2wd, Regular Cab, Short Box V10 (Iron, not viper). [8D]

But hey, it's your truck. Do whatever you feel like doing to it
