Default Code 355

Okay just washed the truck to get some of this salt off of it, sprayed down the engine compartment and went to a meeting. came out and started home truck bucked and then the CE light comes on, ran fine after the rest of the way home. Did the key thing and pulled 355. Ignition coil e Primary/secondary circuit malfunction. I have a new coil could I have gotten water in there when I sprayed it down? Help.

Probably just got water in it somewhere. Same thing heppens to me when I spray it down.

One time I was in one of those automatic ones and I got the undercarriage spray. So I'm pulling into it and the water starts shooting up underneith. I get about as far as the back of the engine and the truck stalls....and the high presure water keeps spraying. That was interesting. I was FREAKING out thinking it was gonna get water in all the places it shouldn't be. Took a few tries to start it but once the water stoped spraying it started. Idled really bad for a few seconds then it was fine.

I've been to lazy to crawl under the hood and make sure all the wires and such are on there tight. So thats what happening to you, some water just got into one of the wires and it was either shorting out or just not firing at all.
