4WD Not working
OP, like the internet always does this is getting derailed.
There's a simple two-step process to find your problem.
Step 1: with vehicle not running, transmission in P, t-case in 2wd and Posilock not engaged, climb under vehicle. Front d/s should spin freely by hand. NOW pull t-case lever to 4hi. Front d/s should "click in" and no longer spin by hand. IF THIS CHECKS OUT, your t-case is likely fine.
Step 2: safely unweight right front wheel and return t-case to 2hi. When you spin front d/s, RF wheel (and thus axle u-joint) should not spin. Now engage Posilock. The RF wheel should lock in and spin with d/s. If no, the Posilock cable may need adjustment, much like adjusting cable tension on a bike derailleur. If this still does not work, you'll need to remove the Posilock and see what exactly is (or isn't) happening in the CAD (central axle disconnect) housing.
