Default 2000 Laramie Question

2000 Laramie
I am trying to figure out what circuit powers the jack for the Scan Tool.
The port on this has no power to it, and I do not have a schematic to reference.

Plug the Scan Tool in the jack and no power. It's not the Scan Tool, works fine on my other vehicles.
TIA. -Rich

You can download the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.

Be sure to check your fuses. One may be blown that powers the OBD2 port.

yeah I think I found it on the schematic. Looks like #12 10A fuse that powers OBD Port and vanity lights. Some numbskull went into the dashboard and had no clue what he was doing.

I'll give feedback after I check the fuses involved in power distribution. Thanks ! -Rich
