That’s what I was reading about and I’m glad you mentioned something to confirm, they’re pretty cheap sensors anyways so I figured I replace both of them, especially if they’re behind the alternator and I’m digging back there anyways, I should have done it when we took care of the thermostat. It’s not overheating a bit as far as basic knowledge (no boiling sounds, no anti freeze smell), and I ran it through summer of 2023 like that. It ran great up until it got cold that winter…. so we’ve been stuck with this since, we figured it was something “easy”🤣
