I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 2 wheel drive with a 5.2 and a NV3500 5 speed. I pulled the engine and trans. to install into another vehicle. When I went to get the drive shaft out of left over parts to get the slip yoke for back of transmission and it was gone. My son was scrapping metal around the property and threw the drive shaft in. So now I have no slip yoke and can't seem to find one. I can find them up to 1998, but not 1999. Checked the part number with ORielly's and they said the part # is the same for both years so I got one from ebay with that part # and it does not fit. Called around to find one and everyone wants the measurments of the slip yoke which I don't have. No matter who I check with, there seems to be no answer. Does anyone on here have any ideas that don't empty my wallet any more without being the right part?
