99 ram 2500 5.9 magnum. Will a 96 5.3 Dakota 5 sp trans fit?

I have a good shifting 5 speed manual out of a 96 Dakota. Wondering if that tranny will bolt up to my 99 2500 gas 5.9 magnum. Thanks in advance

What's in the truck now?? Are they 2 or 4wd? Chances are, the trans is an NV3500, and it just won't live long behind a 5.9.
