If National Precision Bearing is the same as National seals, I'd avoid them now. They were part of the Apollo private equity buyout which also included other brands that have demonstrably gone downhill in quality, including Fel-Pro, Beck Arnley, Monroe, MOOG, Wagner and more

That said, there's still a decent chance you'd get NOS before quality tanked, but I personally don't risk it when other options abound.
