not sure if I’m on the right track here but my next thought was to check grounds that could possibly be a part of the ctm, considering replacing it did nothing

Looking at my manual it shows Fuse 12 provides power to the overhead map lights on highline models, and fuse 13 provides power to the window/lock switches and CTM. Have these been checked. Its not labeled PDC so I would assume those fuses are in the dash.

Also shows the heated seats are regulated by a relay in the panel, the power for relay is supplied by fuse 1, and the relay controlled by the CTM

I havent had the luxury of more then a few minutes play time with a DRB3 but i wonder if it would have the ability to see control functions in the CTM

not sure but I can’t figure it out, tons of forum reading, and reading the manual trying to figure it out. I’ve cleaned so many grounds and checked and replaced fuses and relays and still nothing WTF

I hate asking the dumb questions, but sometimes the easiest stuff is over looked, do you have the truck running when trying the seats, do the hi or lo lights turn on at all during or after pressing the button

Next verify CTM number, the part# for ram truck with heated seats is listed on the TSB

not dumb but no the heated seat switch (when the truck is running) don’t work the leds behind them don’t even come on. When the indicator is pressed, nothing at all. Yes I’ve heard of people pressing them and it flashes indicating a burnt element. No mine does not flash or work AT ALL.

my old CTM ended in AD, and the new one ends in AE and from my research they should match up fine. I will say that before I swapped CTMs it did the same thing. Thanks
