Shifting issues after leaving car wash

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 4x4. I took it to car wash to wash off under carriage. The moment I left, I have been having shifting issues. I’ve tried adjusting the front band and I replaced the speed sensor. Still having issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
