Default Vacuum Line Question

Hey all,

New to older Dodge trucks and I’m currently trying to fix a few issues with the vacuum system. Specifically with these two lines, just trying to figure out what they should be connected to. Thanks in advance.

No real idea .... looking at the photo, they appear to be going through the firewall and would guess they control your heater system ... open doors for defrost or direct heat to the floor ...

What about this one, kind of have the end pointed to where it’s still connected

Heading to the drivers side it most likey is heading to the cruise control module under the battery. you can follow the cable from the throttle body to help you locate it.

The passenger side it a little harder to remember, i have a 96 in my shop now, i can go look in a bit.

The drivers side could also go to the transfer case if its 4x4.

The 3 destinations are cruise, cowl for dash vents, and 4x4 if the truck has 4x4

The one on the drivers side is bent like it wants to go behind the throttle body, I just can’t figure out where it goes. I honestly have no idea where the other meets up at. Base model 3.9, no 4x4 or cruise control.

Should've realized the 3.9 with those stubby valve covers.

So on the 96 i have, 360 and 4x4 with cruise, the vacuum line goes by the heater hoses for the dash controls, into the cowl for the vacuum reservoir, the cruise comes out the passenger side also along side the cable, the hose to the drivers side goes to some type of solenoid or purge valve, im guessing for the evap, ive never really dealt that close with the evap system. Then down to the transfer case

Still the most concerning one, comes out where my hand is, has some bends that make it seem like it should meet with something near the EGR valve area.

i might be an idiot but, in that first picture I don’t even know what that part is called.

Almost looks like evap/canister purge

I've touched a 3.9 B150 but never under the hood
