I own a 95' ram 2500 with a built 5.9L motor and had a new exhaust put in today. It runs from the shorty headers to an x pipe (O2 Bung In x Pipe) to aero turbine 2525 mufflers and 18" long 4" diameter tips. Pipe from headers back is 2.5" I think the 20 year old in me is so happy but the 43 year old might think some new mufflers are in order so I don't upset the neighbors. What say the masses.

 

Do you still have the spare? It's real tight around there(drivers side). Sounds nice but how is it in the cab? Those are straight through mufflers so i would imagine it gets pretty loud when you get on it.

 

It's not bad in the cab unless I hammer down on it in 2nd and 3rd then it sounds like a hot rod from hell haha. I didn't keep any of the old exhaust it was old and rusted and crummy. I can add resonators into this exhaust system I just don't want it to be too quit.

This is running between 2nd and 3rd with the window down.

I ended up taking the aero turbines out and putting a magnaflow duel in duel out in it and it still sounds great. I'm not the state ******* everywhere I go now haha. Clip is cold start.
