Possible PDC Issue?
I posted this about my transmission and my PCM is under warranty so I’m currently waiting for it to be shipped back to me. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen-ram-tech/420611-p1389-code-after-new-pcm.html
As I’m waiting for it I figured I’d fix the other stuff with the truck, a window motor and my clock spring(horn stays on). I replaced the window motor and the window motor will still only roll down and not up, tried it with it unbolted from the regulator and same thing, only will go down but the window will not go up. Tried a different switch and the same thing. It will not work from either driver side or passenger side.
Now I replaced my clock spring and it’s doing the same thing. Horn stays on. Getting a constant 12v to the horn and nothing on the ground side.
is it possible my PDC is faulty? Seems like I have a lot of weird problems and don’t know how to go about testing it to see if it’s the issue

I seriously doubt if the horn issue is related to the PDC. I have a non-working horn issue that I have to repair on a '96 Dodge Dakota. I'd suggest downloading the service manual for your year truck via this link, as there are troubleshooting steps for dealing with horn issues in the service manual - https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...e-manuals.html
Pull the horn relay, see if it stops blowing. Might just be a bad relay.
Test for power at the connector for the window motor. It's just a dc motor, so, apply current in one direction, it turns one way, reverse the polarity, the motor turns the other way. See if you get power at BOTH pins with the switch in either position. (should see power on one side for up, other side for down.)

Missed that.... Have short elsewhere then..... That's gonna be fun to find.
Does power go away if you pull the relay??? Might be a short in the relay control circuit as well. Or simply a bad horn button.
We havin' fun yet?
