Default Electrical Help (Airbag Light)

I have searched and can't find a wiring diagram for the main harness under the hood on a 95 ram 2500 5.9l. When I got the truck someone had cut the wiring under the truck all of it.

I painstakingly researched and spliced everything back together but I have an airbag light and it's the only issue post wire cutting. Wasnt an issue prior to the wires being cut. When I fire the truck it stays off for 5 sec or so and then comes back. I replaced the clock switch in the steering column and the fuse is good. I feel it's a wiring issue but I don't know what wires or colors feed the airbag. Any help is appreciated.

I matched all my wiring blue to blue etc but there were a lot of solid black wires so I don't know if I messed one up.

You can download a copy of the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.

If one of the local parts stores can actually read that systems codes, wouldn't hurt to see what its whining about.
