Bad power seat switch?

Bad power seat switch?

I can only move the seat up with the switches but none of them power it back down. Could that be a bad switch problem or a further problem underneath? Thanks

If the motor works one way and not the other, It's either the switch or wiring.

DC motor, so, if the motor only works one way, it's the switch.
