I have looked for a way to adjust it because mine is stretched pretty bad but I cant find anything in the service Manuel or in threads it’s for a 1998 doge ram 1500 5.2 all I have seen is the zip tie trick which I would prefer not to do

 

Not adjustable. It's either use some variety of spacers, or, buy a new one.
