Blown wheel cylinder most likely. Or a broke bleeder valve, cracked brake line, etc. You need to remove the wheel, and drum and inspect.

I looked further without taking it apart it looks like its coming out of the top line on the back of the brake and it seems to have gotten worse

You should fix that ASAP before you lose your brakes completely while driving.

Well, it's rather hard to diagnose your truck over the internet. You'll just need yo get your hands dirty and find where the leak is coming from.

Im pretty sure i found out what it is its either the cylinder or the line that goes into it cause its leaking right at the fitting but first ima try to adjust the bleeder just to se if that fixes it

Brakleen and compressed air, pinpoints the leak instantly.

The bleeder is completely separate from the cylinder or the line. Bleeders are not "adjustable". They are either open or closed. If that's what's leaking, then yes, you can try tightening it. But that has nothing to do with a leak at the brake line or wheel cylinder. Clean everything off, have someone press the brake while you are watching everything.

Is that the original metal brake line on your truck? The newest 2nd gen truck is over 20+ years old. Those metal brake lines get rusty and/or brittle with age and may have rusted out or gotten twisted when replacing a wheel cylinder. Please check those metal brake lines closely and replace them as needed.
