Those would present as misfires, or something similar. If it is running smooth, those sensors are likely just fine. O2 sensors can have an effect on performance though..... If they are originals, or, some off-brand, they can cause some fun that will NOT set codes...... Bosch are notorious for that. NTK or Denso sensors only please.

Ok, now I am having minor starting issues. It seems to be hard to crank over. The battery voltage shows 11.9v with the truck off. This morning, it had a difficult time cranking over, once it did it almost died then recovered to normal idle. I am also noticing a lack in power during normal driving and a sputtering when the engine is idling. Is this a fuel problem? Maybe a MAP sensor problem? I have no OBD codes.

Test fuel pressure, see what ya get.

Battery seems to be a bit weak..... Which can sometimes cause all sorts of interesting problems..... May wanna test it, and see what happens.

If you have a scanner that can read live data, see what the sensors are telling the PCM, and if it reflects reality or not....
