Is the check engine light on or have you checked for any PCM codes? Have you checked your throttle body to ensure it's clean, in addition to looking down the throttle body to see if there's any pooling of oil on the floor of the intake manifold (blown plenum gasket)?
I’ve cleaned the throttle body and replaced all intake gaskets. I have codes 37, 27, and 24.

Address the codes! 37 is a trans temp issue, 27 is a generic code meaning one of the injectors(or control circuit)has issues, 24 tps issue. I would look into 27 first then 24. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...d-1-codes.html
