Default PCM drive cycle re-learn procedure

I read somewhere (can't find it now) that Dodge PCMs of our vintage require at least one occurrence of coasting from 60mph to 10mph without using the brakes (or something like that) as a part of the relearning of the drive cycle. This, obviously, in addition to a full warm up from cold start, and a bunch of other things.
My question is: Does the FSM or anywhere else list the full procedure for PCM relearning?

I would imagine it is in the service manual, but, where?? That is a very good question.
