No way to test with just a meter..... The only *real* test is with a different one..... Which doesn't always prove anything.

Check the IAC, it may be dirty or clogged. It is located behind the throttle body (firewall side) underneath the air cleaner case. It can cause hard starting and stalling, among other issues. Try to clean it first, and check for damage and issues with the electrical wiring.

Have fuel pressure and getting spark from coil.
I don’t know how to check the fuel pressure.
If you didn't know how to check the pressure why did you say it has has it? You can rent a pressure gauge at one of the auto parts stores. Should be a port on the fuel rail,(some of the later trucks didn't have them so you may want to see before hand) Screw it on there. Turn the key to "on" and see what the gauge reads. It should be about 50 psi. Also did you actually check for spark at the plugs? We need to know the vitals before trying to help. The no buss issue is the lac of communication from the pcm to the dash. Check all wiring/connectors between the two. There are quite a few threads on this subject here.

Your engine needs three things to run, spark, fuel, and air. A lack in any one of those three, and it won't run. If you have good fuel pressure, and you are getting spark to the plugs..... Will the engine start/run if you step lightly on the gas?? Do you get ANY internal combustion noises at all? Smell gas? The more information you can give us, the easier it is for us to help you.

I am guessing you don't have a scanner that'll talk to the PCM??

Where are you located? You might want to say just in case there are forum members who could help. If you have a church or other social support groups ask around if you haven't already.

Anyway, keep answering the other tech questions as best you can. Maybe we can find a solution.
