Default 2001 dodge ram 2500 5.9 ""no-buss""

Ok I pulled bad motor order new pcm to vin of the truck an motor put new motor in i put a new wiring harness in new crank sensor went through fuses an relays I am getting abs light on dash as well as no buss she turns over with no spark or feul everything is going good the cluster seems to be working im stumped I have went through everything I have gone through ground wires multiple times I know there is little black box under dash could be a problem but don't think so I need help

Does the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on?

it does not unless I jump the pump off from fuse box

Make sure the PCM is actually getting power. There are a couple fuses that feed it, some in the PDC, and at least one in the fuse block on the side of the dash.
