Did you install a longer or adjustable bar? The more you raise it the more the axle will move towards the driver side. If you go to Rancho they have fully extended and compressed measurements of all their shocks(at least they used to ).

You don't want to use your shocks as limiting straps...... That is REALLY bad for them.

Like said, shocks shouldn't be the ones to limit travel. Do you have the sway bar mounted?

I mounted 2,5" spacers on my truck, and some longer shocks. Can't recall lift they were designed for, though. Then I went to drive some offroad with it, and took off the sway bar. Can't remember was it a big rock or ditch or what I drove over, but the front axle flexed so much that the spring fell off from its place and damaged the shock stem. We got the spring back, and I used ratchet strap to make limiting straps to keep the axle from over-flexing.
I then bolted the sway bar back because it was nicer to drive it on the pavement. IIRC, with the stock end links it prevented axle from over-flexing.

Does it have lowering blocks on it??? It *should* prevent the axle from dropping too far....

What do you mean by “lowering blocks”?

Blocks between the frame, and the sway bar, to lower it's mounting points.
