I don't like to abuse my equipment. Back in the early 1970's, when I drove a truck, I was often out in the desert in Nevada and you have to rely on your equipment. Beat it up and you walk a LONG way. It's like smoking tires. Rubber costs money and I'm chea...er...thrifty.
