Default 2001 ram

I'm struggling with my 2001 ram, 2500 4x4 360 V8, the crank sensor went out, I'm at the point that I can't wrench anymore due to serious back problems, so took it to local mechanic, they replaced the crank position sensor, ever since I got it back it misses and back fires through the intake, plus the shifting pattern is all messed up, was told that you need factory Mopar part that is magnetic sensor rather than photo sensor, does anyone know if this is true and maybe why this is happening? It's also throwing up a bunch more codes that I haven't seen p032,p0351,p1740, any help be much appreciated! Thanks all!!!!

P0032 O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Circuit High
P0351 Ignition Coil # 1 Primary Circuit
P1740 TCC O/D Solenoid Performance
It didn't have the codes when the mechanic had it? Assuming the crank sensor is good I would look into the P0351.

I've tried all of the box stores version and a couple from the web. The only one that worked properly was a Mopar one from EBay. I've owned 5-6 Jeeps and this Dodge truck.
